  • Where Is the trash

    At  The Lodge there is a trash room out side on the garage level. Trash rooms are out the garage door and to the right. 



  • Where can I park?


    The Lodge guests can park one car  inside and outside. 


    PLEASE REGISTER YOUR VEHICAL WHEN YOU ARRIVE OR YOU COULD BE BOOTED OR TOWED!!

  • Where do I put my skis?

     Skis should be left in the ski locker room to the left of the lobby, on your car, or in one of the ski lockers located in the garage.

  • I'm locked out. Who do I call?

    Please call Copper Security at (970) 390-6888

    If they are not able to get to you in time or are busy call (970) 485-2880

  • Who should I call in an emergency?

    In an emergency please call 911.

    If your emergency is building related please call (970) 409-0178

  • Noises/ Smells

    For noise or smell complaints please call

  • My unit is not clean who do I call?

    The Lodge Units are individualy owned and rented so you will need to call whoever you rented from.


    If you rented through Copper Mountain Resort you can dial 0 with the in room phone.

  • Parking Pass?

    All guest are requied to register their car upon arrival. There should be a QR code magnet on your refrigerator in your unit.  Simply scan or go to the website on the magnet and register your vehical for the duration of your stay. You do not need to put anything in or on your car. if you have any problems call (970) 485-2880.

  • Vendor Parking

    Vendors are requierd to park outside and must register their vehicles in the unit for anything longer then 15 min. 

  • What is the WiFi password

    the Lodge has an open WiFi network and does not require a password.  If you are experiencing any problems please call

If you are a Realtor and need any Documents or Information that is not provided below, please fill out the "Realtor Information Request" below. If you need a Unit Questionnaire/Mortgage Questionnaire filled out please be aware that a $125 fee is collected before delivery.  Please email Perry@AxiomManagement.co

Homeowners

Most documents are available to homeowners through the homeowner portal. If you need a document that is not on your homeowner portal, please email your Association Manager and they will assist you.
